Juliya Krasnopolsky developed a passion for applied behavior analysis (ABA) as an undergraduate while working as a substitute teacher in a preschool. Throughout her career, she has worked with students ages 2–21 in public, charter, and private schools, as well as in community, vocational and in-home settings. She has also partnered with many exceptional families who have shaped her clinical skills and professional perspective over the years.
Juliya enjoys collaborating with colleagues who are committed to providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families. Having benefited from incredible mentors throughout her own career, she is deeply committed to evidence-based training and supervision for individuals new to ABA and for those pursuing graduate degrees in the field. Growing up with a sibling with special needs, Juliya also places a strong emphasis on collaborative problem-solving, culturally responsive practice, and the delivery of effective, data-driven services that support each child’s progress.
Juliya joined ANNA as the Clinical Director in Woburn because of the organization’s strong investment in its staff, commitment to uplifting team members, and dedication to transparent conversations and decision-making. ANNA’s focus on neurodiversity-affirming practices, child-centered approach, and strong collaboration with families – actually doing it, not just talking about it – closely aligns with Juliya’s own values.
Outside of work, Juliya is likely spending her time looking for a good local coffee shop, taste-testing to find the best chicken + waffles spot and is planning her next adventure.
