Start care

After we verify coverage and provide estimated costs, we will schedule an assessment and ongoing care. We will notify you in advance about any potential copayments or deductibles that may apply. Our dedicated insurance specialists are readily available to assist you with any questions or concerns about your coverage or financial responsibilities so you can focus on care for your loved one with peace of mind.

Frequently asked questions about insurance

ANNA accepts a broad range of insurance plans, including Medicaid, to ensure your loved one can receive the care they need. To help you understand your financial responsibilities, we will first call your insurance provider directly and provide you with detailed information about your estimated out-of-pocket expenses after verifying your coverage. Additionally, our insurance specialists are always available to answer any questions you may have regarding your coverage or any other billing inquiries.
If your insurance company doesn’t cover ANNA, give us a call. We can still work with your insurance company to get an exception or file a claim for covered services to get you reimbursed using your out-of-network benefits. We handle coding, claims submission, and any follow-up or additional information required by your insurance.
