Aimun Malik has an extensive background in healthcare innovation, having helped build several value-based healthcare companies focused on improving the cost, quality, and access of healthcare during his time at Triple Aim Partners. His work helping start companies includes the creation of Oasis Health, a rural primary care focused company aiming to advance the health of rural populations by assisting rural primary care physicians focused on seniors to transition into value-based care arrangements. He then helped start Diverge health, a Medicaid primary care focused company focused on improving the care for individuals and families on Medicaid by supporting Medicaid-focused primary care physicians’ transition, financially and operationally, to value-based care. His third company he helped start was Guidelight Health, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) company providing high quality behavioral health access in an outpatient setting for patients. Lastly, Aimun helped start a substance use disorder company providing evidence-based Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to patients with various substance use disorders in an outpatient setting that combines medication management and therapy.
